Divine Message. Father and daughter show high tech devotion to Senor Santiago.
And deliver us from cholesterol. Concelebrating priests lead the benediction as the faithful eye their greasy reward.
Citizens of Dapitan City from all over the U.S. and Canada gathered recently for this year's "Kinabayo" festival in honor of their patron Saint James the Greater.
There was the usual abundant food, loud music and out-of-control kids. There were fiesta queens and pseudo-queens (no, those aren't bouncers). This was one celebration, all at once holy and bizarre my year wouldn't be complete without.
Salamat to Troy BustaliƱo and the Circulo de Dapitanon USA for the invite. (ABF)

These photos are really cool! Fantastic way of capturing the essence of being Pinoy. We know how to live life, really. You must have a book of all these photos...title would be "Pinoy Live!"
